The Design Process

In order to better serve my clients, I only schedule one client at a time. All brand identity, website & blog clients will receive an in-depth questionnaire prior to the design process beginning. This allows me to review your wants and needs before starting the project, resulting in us staying on schedule so we can deliver the final product on time.

1. Inspiration

As part of your homework you will be asked to create a Pinterest board full of images that you find appealing in regards to your brand, blog or website. Think about color palettes, fonts & design elements.

2. Mood Board

Based off of your Pinterest Board and some of my own findings, I will create a moodboard that will set the tone for your new brand or website. 1 revision.

3. Sketches & Concepts

Upon approval of the moodboard, I will start sketching and painting ideas. I will then narrow it down to a small handful of ideas and begin to digitalize them. You will be presented with a couple variations (depending on the project) and will then pick one final design to move forward with. 2 revisions.

4. misc. design collateral

The next step is to complete any other design collateral that is included in the package, such as business cards & notecards. 2 revisions.

5. Website/Blog

All the pieces start to come together in the form of your website or blog. Prior to beginning the installation process, you must provide me with all the copy & photos you would like to include, as well as social media channel links. 2 slight revisions.

6. Launch!

It's finally time to launch your brand new beautiful design!
